About Us
Who We Are

The Europe-ASEAN Business Alliance (EABA) is a member-driven alliance of leading European multinational companies with significant interests in the ASEAN region.

The aim of the Europe-ASEAN Business Alliance is to serve as a platform for dialogue with national governments and regional organisations and as a forum for discussion of issues of relevance to European business in the region.

Founded in 2012 in Singapore, the EABA is the oldest European ASEAN business association focused promoting business relations between the two regions. The EABA is an independent, non-profit organisation based in Singapore.

Mission

The Mission of the EABA is to provide leadership, connections, and public policy support that help ensure our members continue to invest and improve their ties with the region.

As an organization, the EABA wants to be an active, credible business organization, known for connecting our members with decision-makers, and educating, connecting with, and engaging our members and other members of the ASEAN community. We aim to serve as a platform for dialogue with national governments and regional organisations and as a forum for discussion of issues of relevance to European business in the region.
As solely determined by our members, the EABA focuses exclusively on public policy issues of relevance to European businesses in the ASEAN region.

ACTIVITIES

The EABA organizes in-country Business Missions to meet with high-ranking representatives of national governments and regional organizations. The EABA conducts four to five Business Missions per year. For the latest up to date information on our current Missions, please click here.

The EABA seeks to keep its members informed of important events and policy issues by way of its Insight Talks. These focus on the ASEAN regional integration process, ASEAN member country policies and other key issues that are of interest to our members and the community.

We also host ongoing professional development sessions focused on helping senior business leaders and government affairs professionals better understand the ASEAN region, hear from thought leaders, learn industry best practices, increase their own personal knowledge and get access to networking opportunities with other individuals in their field.

In addition to these regular events, the EABA seeks to provide the opportunity for High-Level Meetings within Singapore and works together with its members to further their Regional Advocacy efforts.
